Set Up Fee (only payable when first setting up the payroll, or to add a new employee) charged at £6 per employee
Where we do the book-keeping - £25
Where you do the book-keeping (or give us receipts etc) - £30 plus our standard book-keeping rate for the time spent.
Meetings
Hourly rate = FREE! (applies to 1st hour, then standard rate after that)
General/standard
Standard hourly rate = £40
* Please note that these great value fees are based on our pay by return
credit terms. Each invoice is printed with two separate columns and
totals. One is clearly shown as "if paid by" rate (the
rates shown on this website) and the other is a higher "Amount" rate - We work on the basis that, having saved you hundreds
of pounds, the very least you can do is pay us on time. Our credit
terms are payment in full within 8 days of the invoice date, in which case you pay the lower amount - But even
the higher rate is still far below most accountants!
Finally,
please don't think you have to keep us to yourself! If you know anyone
else in business who would like an accountant that provides value and service, then pass our
details along - you'll be doing them a big favour - It doesn't even
matter where they are based, we will help businesses anywhere and can
work entirely via mail and/or email if needed.
