Financial guarantee:

Our fees (as listed on this website) are fixed until 1st January 2013. There's no hidden catch, It's a simple case of 'what you see is what you get!'

Best value guarantee:

We believe our fees are the best value in the UK. If you can find any Chartered accountants firm offering a better price - then we'll beat that price!*

*(provided they also match our level of experience and services - in other words, if they beat us on a level playing field then we guarantee to beat them on price!)

Work Guarantee:

Once you've provided us with all the information we need (along with any other party necessary), we'll do your work at fast as we can. And if we don't finish within 28 days (of the date we give you for starting)  - we won't charge you a penny!

Confidentiality guarantee:

Your affairs are private - we won't give out information regarding you to anybody else unless forced to do so by law, or instructed to do so by yourself.
