We help businesses attain their goals and targets, whether these are for improving just part of the business or for making major changes.

We will discuss the general aims with a prospective client and the areas they are looking at to improve or make changes in. We will then review and summarize these, advising on which areas we can collaborate with the prospective client to attain the results they are looking for. If we do not believe we can make a significant benefit to the prospective client we will decline the contract.

If we determine that we can provide a significant benefit we will then move to discuss areas of responsibility with the client (which parts we are responsible for, which are shared responsibility and which are the clients responsibility).

We expect a client to share and/or have areas of responsibility for two reasons:-

  1. If you have shared in the development of the project in some way you are far more likely to take on board and act upon the recommendations/actions resulting from it as you will have an element of "ownership".
  2. We are here to help YOU improve YOUR business and to achieve YOUR aims - if we do it all for you you will be less likely to have an "understanding" of the proposals made and they will, as a result, have a lower impact which can reflect on our reputation for excellence, in short, we will have wasted our time if you do not gain from engaging us.
We maintain complete confidentiality for clients, regardless of size, no-one will know that those successes were not all yours unless you tell. Although of course many clients do refer us on to other business owners/senior management we still do not mention names if contacting any referred businesses unless specifically authorised to do so.

Although our largest client to date (on and off since 1996) is a multi-national household name, clients businesses in general can have anything between £50,000 and £500 Million in annual sales - it is not the size that matters, it is our ability to get successful results for our client.

Our fees are therefore based on the results that will be achieved, rather than a simple day rate - this way you know that it is in our best interests to ensure that your aims are achieved as soon as is possible, and that there is no incentive to "drag out" work just to add a few extra days charge onto the bill.

When it comes to your business you want to get the best results you can and so do we - our success comes from referrals and the referrals come from our clients success, its the original "Win Win" situation, we know we have to give our best, and you know you are getting the best.
